  in partnership with the Asia-Pacific Women’s Watch and Heinrich Boell Foundation
 

Part I
Moderator: Mavic-Cabrera-Balleza, IWTC
March 1st ,  1:00 to 2:45 pm, at the office of the International Women's Tribune Center 777 United Nations Plaza (on 44th St and 1st Avenue, New York), 3rd floor.
This panel will provide updates on where the recommendations on gender architecture are at and what are the countries and negotiating blocks’ (i.e. G77, JUSCANZ, LAC, EU) positions on gender architecture. It will also address specific issues such as impact on national machineries on women, women’s lobbying spaces at the UN, and funding for women’s organizations--in the light of the UN reform.

Part 2

March 5th,3:30-4:45 p.m. in the BOSS Room, 8th Floor, UN Church Center, (on 44th St and 1st Avenue, New York).
This event will serve as an opportunity for attendees to work in smaller groups to strategize on the issues raised in the first panel session.
